The Three Billy Goats Gruff

This week we began fairy tales and we read the Three Billy Goats Gruff. The students had the opportunity to create the story in four different ways. Each day they would break off into small groups and recreate the story. The children were able to act out the story by using props and repeating the books language. It was amazing to watch!

We just started our centers this week. All the students were able to participate in each center throughout the week. We did a really nice job of listening to the directions and helping other classmates in each center.

Our Classroom Rules

This week we spent a lot of time talking about our school, our classroom, and our classmates! We read a few books and had some time to think and share with each other about what our classroom rules should be. 

Here is what we came up with: 

First week of School !!!

Our new school year has finally begun. Our class was is full of singing voices, cheerful laughter, and shining smiles. We have completed our first week and it was amazing. All the students have started to follow along with our routines and schedule. Their enthusiasm and energy is contagious. We can't wait to see what this year will bring.
